Marbella and other enclaves of Andalusia have always been one of the destinations chosen by the Saudi Arabian Royal Family to spend their vacations. This year it could not be less and one of their impressive yachts, Lady Haya, has been spotted at the Benabolá dock in Puerto Banús.
Built and officially put on the market in 1981, this steel boat is 65 meters in size and was developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and designed by Mitsubishi Hi and Terence Disdale Design and Chester Jones, according to the specialized platform CharterWorld.
These are its main features
It has a capacity for 16 guests and 21 crew members and before being part of the Saudi Royal Family’s vessels, this incredible yacht belonged to the late King Fahd.
Regarding its performance, the Lady Haya is powered by two Daihatsu diesel engines and can reach a speed of up to 18 knots thanks to its propulsion units. “She also has an efficient range of 6,400 nautical miles when cruising at her cruising speed of 16 knots,” they add.
